Refund & Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days from the date received (not the date shipped). Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, opened hair care liquids and worn wigs/extensions cannot be returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original Visa or Mastercard. Shipping charges of $7.95 are non-refundable. Refunds appear as TrendyHairPiecesCollec on your statement.
